Adding Vehicle Details to Reservations

Properties can add vehicle details of the guests to the reservations and associate the charges set for the vehicle types in the property for the reservation.

Perform the following steps to add the vehicle details to a reservation:

Navigate to Reservations ➜ Search.

Select the reservation.

Click the VHD icon, the Vehicle Details pop-up screen displays.

Refer to the following table and fill in the fields:

Field	Description
Make	The vehicle name.
Model	The vehicle model details.
Color	The vehicle color.
License Plate	The license plate number.
Parking Stall	The parking location.
Valet Ticket	The valent ticket details.
Vehicle Type	Select the appropriate vehicle type from the drop-down list.
+Add Vehicle Details	Add details for another additional vehicle.

Click Save to confirm the details. The charges set for the vehicle type will be associated with the reservation.
